The Razer Blade Stealth by default is also set to the balanced profile (15W TDP) and I went into the Synapse software and selected the performance profile (25W TDP). With my review sample, I saw it sit around 1.4GHz on battery power, and while plugged in it peaked at around 3.8GHz on all cores.
